Your question is Home and Business, as of recent years I've only seen Home/Personal and Business as two separate product lines. Same core apps, Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher, but the other apps such as email may differ. I currently have Office 365 for Home. I did read somewhere there are some minor differences between the IOS/MAC and PC versions though I no longer remember what they were. Guess I've not needed those 'features'. I did not like the IOS Outlook, a bit too cumbersome to setup with my email accounts. It seems to want you to use the MS outlook web site to setup and 'link' multiple accounts and have that be your email storage.
